We must receive your cancellation at least ten (10) business days prior to the first day of class, and at least fifteen (15) business days prior to the first day of class for all Cisco, VMware, and Salesforce courses in order for you to receive a full refund. If you have to cancel or reschedule, you must do so in writing by either e-mailing your Babbage Simmel Learning Solutions Representative, e-mailing to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailing a hardcopy letter to Babbage Simmel, ATTN: Cancellation, 2780 Airport Drive Suite 150, Columbus, OH 43219. If you must reschedule or cancel less than ten business days before the first day of class, you will be liable for a fee amounting to 100% of the tuition cost. Students may send a replacement student if they are unable to attend; the replacement student must meet the course prerequisites before they would be allowed to attend. Students who neither cancel nor attend the class are still liable for the full cost of the class.
You must attend a minimum of 80% of the class (measured in total hours of actual class instruction time, excluding breaks and lunch) to receive a certification of completion. There is generally one break of 10-15 minutes in both the morning and afternoon; please return from breaks in a timely fashion. Most courses are packed tightly with important information-we don't want you to miss anything. Lunch is generally one hour and taken sometime between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
