Babbage Simmel in partnership with Sunset Learning Institute, brings our clients a full schedule of authorized Cisco training to our Columbus Campus via High Definition Instructor Led Training or HD-ILT™.

About HD-ILT
High Definition Instructor Led Training or HD-ILT™ from SLI is the world’s first distance training system utilizing state-of-the-art, life-size high definition video & audio combined with patented remote lab access. This unique combination provides students with the same experience as if they were actually in the classroom with the instructor. Instructors are able to see and hear students in the HD-ILT™ real-time, no different than the “live” students sitting in their classroom.  Remote access to student PCs at the HD-ILT™ facility, allow the instructor to aid and assist students with lab exercises.  SLI received Cisco’s “Innovation Learning Partner of the Year” award in 2009 for HD-ILT and the way it revolutionized Cisco training delivery.

Cisco Learning Credits offer an easy way to pay for authorized training redeemable with Authorized Cisco Learning Partners. Babbage Simmel will accept Cisco Learning Credits as full or partial payment for any Sunset Learning Institute authorized Cisco instructor-led training class. A valid Cisco Sales Order number must be submitted at the time of registration. Babbage Simmel will submit this number for pre-approval prior to a student’s attendance.

Cancellation Policy/Rescheduling Policy

For all Cisco courses we must receive your cancellation at least Fifteen (15) business days prior to the first day of class in order for you to receive a full refund. If you have to cancel or reschedule, you must do so in writing by either e-mailing your Babbage Simmel Learning Solutions Representative, e-mailing to cancellation@babsim.com or mailing a hardcopy letter to Babbage Simmel, ATTN: Cancellation, 2300 W 5th Ave, Columbus, OH 43215-1003. If you must reschedule or cancel less than ten business days before the first day of class, you will be liable for a fee amounting to 100% of the tuition cost. Students may send a replacement student if they are unable to attend; the replacement student must meet the course prerequisites before they would be allowed to attend. Students who neither cancel nor attend the class are still liable for the full cost of the class.
