Microsoft Access 2013 Level 3

In Microsoft Access 2013 Level 3 students will learn advanced features of Access. Topics covered include querying with SQL, writing advanced queries, working with macros, importing, exporting and linking objects, and performing database maintenance.

Upon sucessful completion of the course, students will be able to:

  • Write basic SQL statements

  • Write advanced queries to analyze and summarize data

  • Create and revise Microsoft Access 2013 macros

  • Import, export and link objects

  • Maintain databases using Microsoft Access 2013 tools

Audience

This course is for the individual whose job responsibilities include working with heavily related tables; creating advanced queries, forms, and reports; writing macros to automate common tasks; and performing general database maintenance.  This course will also assist students preparing for the Microsoft Office Specialist exam for Microsoft Access 2013.
