Vincent Bordo, MS, CBAP is a senior Business Analyst (BA), Instructor, with over 25 years’ experience in the Systems/Business Analysis field. Richard Vail is the founder and owner of Vail Training Associates, LLC. For the past twenty four years he has specialized in Project Management, Finance & Accounting, and Supervision training for corporate America, government, and non-profit organizations. Prior to founding Vail Training Associates, LLC, Richard worked for 21 years in corporate America involved primarily with IT project management and training. A Project Management Institute certified PMP since 2001; Richard has been a member of PMI since 1995 and since 2002 he has served as Director of Training for the Central Ohio Chapter of the Project Management Institute. Richard has served as an Ad hoc faculty member of Boston University, American University, Franklin University, George Mason University & Rockhurst College.

Russ specializes in organization development, strategic planning, leadership development, workplace learning and performance management, competency-based training design and evaluation, career development, and change management. With more than twenty-five years of experience, Russ has worked with numerous workforce development agencies as well as Fortune 500, non-profit, education, service, manufacturing, retail, professional, and health care organizations. Russ has extensive experience with government agencies including projects in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. He has presented his programs at numerous statewide and national conferences held by OETA, GLETA (Chicago, Traverse City), NAWDP (Miami, Reno) and NAB (Los Angeles) conferences. Russ has authored two works in the area of e-learning technology. “Increasing Learner Involvement and Participation” is Brock’s chapter in The AMA Handbook of E-Learning: Effective Design, Implementation, and Technology Solutions (May, 2003, G. Piskurich, editor, AMACOM). And his chapter on “How to Handle E-Learning Peer Evaluation” is included in Getting the Most From Online Learning: A Learner’s Guide (August, 2003, G. Piskurich, editor, Jossey-Bass/Pfeiffer). Russ is a national leader in the Association for Talent Development (formerly ASTD) and was instrumental in the creation and development of ASTD’s Certified Professional in Learning and Performance credential. In addition to earning his CPLP, he has served in national leadership roles including National Advisors for Chapters, Leadership Development Team, President of his 500+ member ASTD chapter, national OD Forum Chair, and Excellence In Practice reviewer. Russ is also a Certified Workforce Development Professional credential through NAWDP.

Alan Tang is an accomplished Senior IT Instructor/Consultant with strong technical background and more than 12 years of technical training experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Dr. Charles Suscheck specializes in agile software development methodologies, and project management. He has over 25 years of professional experience in information technology, beginning his career as a software developer. Dr. Suscheck’s holds a Doctorate, Masters, and Bachelors in Computer Science and is a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I and II), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) and certified RUP specialist. An educator at heart, he has over 40 published articles and conference proceedings and has spoken nationally and internationally at conferences such as OOPSLA, ECOOP, Agile 20xx, and Borcon on a wide variety of topics.


Beth Quinlan,
Senior Instructor/Consultant

Beth has specialized in Microsoft infrastructure, security and messaging technologies for over 15 years. Beth spent several years traveling worldwide on behalf of the Microsoft Product Teams training internal Microsoft engineers, partners and customers on new products prior to their release. Beth has been Project Manager for many Microsoft projects, including Hands-On Labs at technical conferences world-wide.  She has spoken at numerous events for Microsoft and other vendors, written courseware for a variety of clients, developed hands-on labs and authored technical documentation. Beth is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).


Brian Levy,
Senior Instructor/Consultant

Brian is an Agile mentor with 20 years of experience in healthcare, finance, banking, insurance, and telecommunications. Brian has a unique ability to rapidly learn an organization’s culture and utilize his experience (i.e. as a developer, tester, analyst, project manager, configuration manager) to deliver practical mentoring and training.  He specializes in enabling quick adoption of best practices and results to client organizations. With experience in 30 different countries, Brian is able to leverage a vast array of techniques to tailor content to individual students in a way that is practical and helpful.  Brian is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE), Certified IBM Rational Engineer, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), and PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practioner (PMI-ACP).

Eric Tisdale, Senior Instructor/Consultant

Eric Tisdale is a Senior Instructor/Consultant with Babbage Simmel. He has over 20 years of management and training experience. His IT career started out in Enterprise Management and morphed into IT Service Management. He has achieved the ITIL Expert certification and currently trains ITIL Foundations and Intermediate courses, in addition to consulting work. Eric has assisted clients with IT Service Management initiatives, including assessments of IT maturity, projects in the ITIL process areas of Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Release & Deployment, and Supplier Management. He also has been engaged in projects involving IT Governance.

Eric is active in the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) as a board member, and has spoken at various user group meetings, including the Help Desk Institute, on topics such as the key role of the Service Catalog in IT Service Management.
